About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled SEO & Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. This is a full-time position that requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication abilities.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in maximizing organic traffic, Google Maps visibility, and inbound leads across various service areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • SEO Strategy Development: Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to drive website traffic and improve search engine rankings.
  • Content Creation: Create high-quality, engaging content to attract and retain customers, including blog posts, social media posts, and other online content.
  • Local SEO: Optimize local search engine results by creating and publishing location-specific content, building high-quality local citations, and encouraging customers to leave reviews.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze website analytics to identify areas for improvement and provide data-driven insights to inform business decisions.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing campaigns, manage customer relationships, and resolve any issues that may arise.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in SEO and digital marketing, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of success in improving search engine rankings, driving website traffic, and increasing sales.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience with SEO tools such as Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog.
  • Knowledge of HTML and CSS, with the ability to make basic edits to website code.
