Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to manage our credit portfolio effectively.

  • Strong credit risk management skills are essential to operate and implement effective strategies in the Credit Support Unit, covering accounts from various lending units.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and reviewing loan proposals from Lending Units using credit tools/information/documents, ensuring an appropriate credit risk assessment.

  • Guarantee quality and timely completion of account renewals, evaluation of borrowers, and various credit requests and reports.

  • Assess credit risk ratings and classifications, demonstrating strict compliance to documentation and bank policies.

  • Perform effective portfolio management, recognizing potential issues and initiating remedial efforts for non-performing loans.

  • Ensure performance management of the team against set Key Result Areas (KRAs).

  • Coordinate talent development programs with Human Resource partners.

  • Comply with the Business Continuity Program.

  • Participate in audit-related exercises with other business units.

Requirements

  • Graduate of Business-related courses, preferably Economics, Accounting, or Finance.

  • At least 5 years working experience in credit, focusing on commercial and corporate loans.

  • People Manager experience required.

  • Proactive approach to problem solving and ability to meet deadlines.
