Sports Community Manager
">The Sports Community Specialist will lead the development and execution of our community's official content strategy, focused on timely, engaging, and high-converting sports content, especially basketball. This role manages day-to-day operations of in-app official accounts and external community channels (e.g., Facebook Groups, private groups), ensuring consistent tone, quality, and engagement.
Key responsibilities include planning and executing interactive campaigns (e.g., trivia, prediction battles, quizzes, match discussions, creator-led competitions) that drive both user activity and GGR conversion. The specialist curates and publishes real-time sports news, highlights, and analysis across basketball, volleyball, and eGames and more sports to keep the community vibrant and informed.
This role also designs and optimizes content distribution strategies tailored for different modules, feeds, and user segments, leveraging platform algorithms and audience insights. Additionally, the Sports Community Specialist monitors and analyzes content and campaign KPIs (e.g., views, engagement, betting conversion), produces actionable reports, and continuously iterates for growth.
Candidates should have a deep passion for sports, especially basketball, with the ability to engage authentically with sports fans and communities. A bachelor's degree or above is required, as well as minimum 3 years of experience in social media or content operations, preferably within sports, entertainment, or digital platforms.
Proficiency in content analytics tools and performance optimization strategies is essential, along with professional skills in visual tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop) and video editing. Excellent communication and collaboration skills are also necessary, with the ability to align with creators, designers, and cross-functional teams effectively.
International work or study experience, especially with Chinese or Western teams, is a strong plus. We prefer candidates who can communicate effectively across cultures and adapt to dynamic, high-expectation environments.
