Job Summary

We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Graphic Design or a related field and at least 1-2 years of experience in graphic design.

The successful applicant will be responsible for developing brand identities, creating visual designs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities
  • Developing Brand Identities: Collaborate with the design team to create and implement innovative brand identities, including logos, color schemes, typography, and other brand elements
  • Creating Visual Designs: Develop compelling visual designs for advertisements, packaging, websites, social media, and other marketing materials
  • Market Research: Conduct research to stay abreast of market trends and understand the target audience for effective branding strategies
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work alongside marketing, advertising, and product development teams to align branding across all materials and channels
  • Trend Awareness: Stay updated with the latest branding trends, technologies, and best practices
Requirements
  • Educational Background: A degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Communication Arts, Visual Communication, Informational Design, or a related field from reputable institutions or equivalent experience
  • Professional Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in graphic design, with a portfolio showcasing strong skills in graphic design and branding
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in Adobe Design Softwares such as Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Premiere Pro
    • Skilled in using Canva and other design tools
    • Knowledge of Brand Identity and Graphic Design principles
  • Creativity: Demonstrated ability to translate ideas into compelling visual designs. Strong skills in typography, color theory, layout, and composition are essential
  • Communication Skills: Effective communication skills to collaborate with teams and understand design requirements
  • Time Management: Strong time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects
  • Digital Savvy: Familiarity with current trends in social media and e-commerce brand design
  • Detail-oriented: Attentive to detail to ensure high-quality design output
  • Personal Equipment: Own laptop with necessary software and a stable internet connection for remote collaboration
