Marketing Design Specialist

We're seeking a Marketing Design Specialist to develop and execute high-impact creative design briefs across marketing and sales divisions, targeting enterprise professionals.

You'll work across Adobe's creative suite, Figma, and video editing tools to execute prospect-facing design tasks, including social media ads, display ads, email graphics, event banners, landing page imagery, and promo videos. You will manage the end-to-end creative briefing process, collecting requests from the growth team, prioritizing, and ensuring high-quality delivery that meets deadlines.

You will be responsible for maintaining our brand's visual identity and aligning all outgoing and customer-facing creative with our brand guidelines.

  • Design creative assets for marketing campaigns, including social media ads, display ads, email graphics, event banners, landing page imagery, and promo videos
  • Work within established brand guidelines to maintain consistency across all channels while injecting fresh, eye-catching creativity
  • Adapt visuals for various platforms and formats, ensuring optimal performance and readability
  • Collaborate with marketers, copywriters, and other designers to align visuals with campaign goals
  • Manage multiple fast-moving projects with tight deadlines, from concept to final delivery
  • Stay updated on design trends, marketing best practices, and emerging platforms

What We Seek

  • 2+ years of experience as a marketing designer, graphic designer, or similar role
  • Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma
  • Must have animation creation and video editing skills (After Effects, Premiere Pro)
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and creative requirements for each
  • Experience working with website graphics and design in a B2B environment
  • Ability to work quickly and efficiently without sacrificing quality
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
  • Keen analytical mind, and able to optimise design for performance using data-driven insights
