Job Overview

As a Remote Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in driving business growth by supporting clients in the promotional products industry. You will be responsible for developing strategic outreach messages and product recommendations that resonate with prospects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize AI tools to gather client insights including key roles, industry updates, and milestones.
  • Translate insights into compelling outreach messages and product suggestions tailored to client interests.
  • Develop and maintain a gifting playbook featuring thoughtful spec sample ideas customized to client preferences.
  • Coordinate logistics, timelines, and budgets for all gifting initiatives while tracking engagement and ROI.
  • Create high-quality visual content using Canva for client decks, social media, and sales presentations that align with brand guidelines.
  • Assist with the production of regular social posts and provide performance analysis and reporting.
  • Regularly update product pages, visuals, case studies, and content on our website to ensure accuracy and functionality.
  • Ensure consistency in formatting, layout, and file versions across all deliverables.
  • Oversee project organization via monday.com, Dropbox, Microsoft Office, and our internal platform.
  • Maintain brand consistency in all deliverables including typography, color palettes, and correct file formats.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • 2–4 years of experience in marketing coordination, virtual assistance, or promotional sourcing.
  • Proficient with Canva, monday.com, Dropbox, Microsoft Office, and our internal platform.
  • Skilled in utilizing AI tools for research and campaign enhancement.
  • Experience with corporate promotional gifting or sourcing
  • Advanced social media analytics skills
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or ZoomInfo
