Key Responsibilities:
  • Secure and supervise required documents to resolve land due diligence red flag findings.
  • Maintain good relationships with external stakeholders and government agencies involved in securing land-related documents.
  • Collaborate closely with landowners to secure necessary documents to cure land due diligence red flag findings.
  • Compile proof of evidence to establish claim or rights of the subject land.
  • Collate all required documents from DENR/PENRO/CENRO/NIA.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in land acquisition and conversion.
  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate Management, Legal Management, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and planning skills.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills.
