Key Insights Analyst Position

This is a unique role where you will work closely with executives in our advertising agency. As a key insights analyst, you will gain insight into the inner workings of the company and become a vital provider of crucial information to guide decision-making.

The ideal candidate will be more than just a number cruncher. They will possess intellectual curiosity, analytical thinking, and a great attitude, with the ability to think strategically beyond the basic work that needs to get done. Collaboration with multiple departments to provide quantitative analysis and support strategic planning is also essential for success in this role.

Core Responsibilities:
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets from multiple departments to drive strategic decision-making.
  • Design reports to track financial metrics as well as operational metrics.
  • Create analyses using disparate data sources and large volumes of detailed data, often starting from scratch.
  • Translate the results of an analysis into easily understood presentation-quality materials.
Performance Indicators:
  • Identify and propose at least 5 new data-driven optimization opportunities per quarter that contribute to revenue growth or operational efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain an automated dashboard covering 95% of key business and departmental KPIs, updated daily, enabling a 15% reduction in time spent on manual report reviews monthly.
  • Deliver accurate revenue forecasts with a deviation of less than 5% from actual performance.
Requirements:
