Key Responsibilities
  • Pitch innovative video ideas to drive engagement and growth.
Performance Expectations
  • Develop high-quality story cuts with compelling narratives.
  • Produce engaging intro edits that captivate audiences.
  • Maintain a strong track record of retaining viewers and driving click-throughs.
Work Schedule

Our ideal candidate will work a full-time schedule, Monday through Friday, with focused efforts on:

  • Monday: Developing first draft story cuts and finalizing approved long-form and short-form video ideas.
  • Tuesday: Focusing on first draft story cuts, finalizing briefings for additional shots, analyzing data, and contributing to team learning sessions.
  • Thursday: Finalizing five approved intro edits and two approved long-form and short-form video ideas.
  • Friday: Completing one approved story cut and finalizing two approved long-form and short-form video ideas.
Requirements
  • Entry-level experience in creative roles or related fields.
