We are looking for a passionate and driven individual to join our marketing team remotely. As a key member, you will be responsible for creating and executing compelling content strategies for Instagram and other platforms.

The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for aesthetics, a solid understanding of social engagement metrics, and a deep appreciation for beauty and skincare trends.

You will work closely with our creative and eCommerce teams and support campaigns that elevate brand awareness, product trust, and user engagement.

  • Manage and grow our social media accounts (with a focus on Instagram and Reels)
  • Plan and publish content in line with monthly campaigns and product launches
  • Collaborate with video editors and graphic designers to ensure high-quality visuals and content
  • Identify, reach out to, and maintain relationships with influencers and content creators
  • Track influencer deliverables and performance
  • Engage with our online community through comments, DMs, and story interactions
  • Report on engagement metrics and suggest improvements based on data
  • Stay on top of beauty industry trends, competitor activity, and viral formats

Key Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in social media marketing or influencer management (beauty industry experience preferred)
  • Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken)
  • Experience using tools like Canva, Instagram Insights, Meta Business Suite, or scheduling tools (Later, Buffer, etc.)
  • Knowledge of influencer outreach strategies and UGC collaboration management
  • Aesthetic sensibility aligned with luxury and beauty brands
  • Ability to work independently with a proactive, organized mindset
  • Familiarity with skincare products and online beauty communities is a major plus
