Financial Operations Specialist

This is a remote opportunity for a meticulous and proactive professional to support our financial operations, reporting, and compliance processes.

  • Maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger entries, journal entries, and reconciliations.
  • Perform daily bookkeeping tasks, ensuring all transactions are properly recorded and classified.
Financial Reporting & Analysis

We are seeking a skilled professional who can prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.

  • Generate various financial reports to support decision-making and provide insights into financial performance.
A/P and A/R Support

The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting invoicing and billing activities, as well as maintaining accurate client and vendor records.

  • Support the maintenance of client and vendor records.
US Taxation (Preferred)

Assist with the preparation and filing of various US tax forms, such as sales tax and 1099s.

  • Support the compilation of necessary documentation for income tax preparation.
Compliance & Audit Support

Provide support during internal and external audits by offering necessary documentation and assistance.

  • Ensure compliance with all accounting standards and company policies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • 1 year of experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or finance
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software
  • Solid understanding of US taxation basics
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
