Role Overview

This is a highly dynamic and engaging role that involves daily social media interaction, content creation, cross-posting, reputation monitoring, and staying up-to-date with the latest industry developments.

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to manage our social media presence and maintain a positive company reputation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Comment on LinkedIn posts focusing on top trending topics, professional development, brand mentions, employee engagement, and industry-related themes.
  • Cross-post all LinkedIn content to Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube to ensure seamless integration and maximum reach.
  • Stay informed about Amazon updates and share relevant information via WhatsApp and Social Slack to maintain a strong online presence.
  • Utilize AI-powered content creation tools to craft compelling LinkedIn posts, collaborating with an approver for review and approval before scheduling natively.
  • Conduct daily reputation checks across the web, including Reddit, to identify potential issues and monitor brand and company name mentions.
  • Pitch new content ideas, refine AI prompts over time, and repurpose high-performing posts into engaging formats to maintain audience interest.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Experience working with AI-driven tools and platforms.
  • Strong understanding of LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube content strategies and best practices.
  • Excellent written communication skills to craft professional yet personable comments and posts.
  • Ability to stay proactive in identifying industry trends and Amazon-related news to inform content decisions.
  • Creative mindset with experience in content repurposing and basic graphic formatting to enhance visual appeal.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and consistent approach to meeting daily posting and monitoring schedules.
  • Prior experience in social media management is preferred, but strong motivation and adaptability are valued.
  • Willingness to take on additional responsibilities as needed.
  • Technical requirements include a dual-monitor setup with at least 8GB of RAM and 25 MBPS internet speed.
