Sophos, a global leader in advanced security solutions, seeks an experienced Renewal Sales Specialist to manage and analyze the renewal process for key partners' existing customer base. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure successful contract renewals and maximize revenue opportunities.
The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and a deep understanding of business processes related to customer renewals. The Renewal Sales Specialist will play a critical role in managing and analyzing the renewal process for our key partners' existing customer base, driving revenue growth from existing customers, and fostering positive relationships with assigned customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze Customer Contracts and Product selection related to customer renewals to determine the best renewal path options for customers.
- Foster and maintain positive relationships with assigned customers, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and escalations throughout the renewal process.

- Drive the process of identifying opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expanding customer contracts during the renewal journey.
- Work closely with the sales team to drive revenue growth from existing customers.
Requirements:
A Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, or marketing is preferred, along with experience in sales, customer success, channel partners, or renewal management. Familiarity with Salesforce tools such as Lightning and CPQ, as well as additional tools like Outreach, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Power BI, and Microsoft Outlook, is also desired. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and build relationships with customers, are essential.
