At MCI, we're seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Remote Disaster Relief Agent. This is a temporary, remote position that requires flexibility and adaptability in response to disaster relief efforts.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients affected by disasters. You will work closely with our team to resolve customer inquiries, apply the latest customer service techniques, and learn our account management systems.

This role is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently. As a Remote Disaster Relief Agent, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in people's lives during their time of need.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Resolve customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Apply the latest customer service techniques to improve customer satisfaction
  • Learn our account management systems to efficiently manage customer accounts
Requirements and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills
  • Ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words per minute)
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
  • Basic understanding of Windows operating systems
