Disaster Response Agent

Job Overview

As a disaster response agent, you will play a vital role in assisting customers affected by natural disasters. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues efficiently.

Responsibilities
  • Assist customers with service inquiries using effective communication techniques.
  • Utilize knowledge of common requests and solutions to enhance the customer experience.
  • Evaluate, troubleshoot, and follow up on customer issues, demonstrating problem-solving skills and conflict resolution strategies.

Requirements
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills
  • Able to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words per minute)
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and Windows operating systems
  • Highly reliable with regular attendance and punctuality
