Job Overview

We are seeking a Lead MERN Developer to spearhead the development of various modern projects. The ideal candidate will have expertise in full-stack development, architecture design, and project management.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement robust architectures that adhere to modern coding standards.
  • Lead the development of multiple projects, ensuring timely completion and high-quality deliverables.
  • Collaborate with designers and developers using a buddy system to drive innovation and excellence.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders involved in the project to ensure seamless communication and alignment.
  • Develop, review, and maintain code to ensure consistency and best practices.
  • Provide suggestions for improving current and future project flow to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Requirements:
  • Experience with front-end frameworks outside of jQuery, preferably AngularJS and/or ReactJS.
  • Proficient in JavaScript with TypeScript.
  • Knowledge of Node.js (websockets / restful API) and GraphQL API.
  • Familiarity with GitHub and GitHub Flow.
  • Full project life cycle experience.
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written).
  • At least 5 years of combined experience in front-end and back-end development.
  • Strong grasp of programming conventions and modern coding standards.
  • DevOps experience - knowledge of Netlify, AWS/Linux, Heroku, and Firebase.
