Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled individual to join our team as a Quality Control Technician, responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality in the solar industry.

The primary objective of this role will be to review and close out milestone packages, thereby ensuring strong portfolio health and clarifying necessary remediations. Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing solar monitoring platforms to verify accurate creation and confirm estimated production meets installed design.

This individual will work closely with the LightReach division to gather data, drive partner accountability, and establish a culture of quality within the organization. The ideal candidate will also perform site inspections to assess workmanship, both structurally and electrically, to ensure quality standards and provide feedback to Certified Installers.

To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in a technical or construction-based solar role, with experience in interdepartmental problem-solving or project management. Excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as the ability to work with and influence third parties, are essential. The successful candidate must also be able to climb ladders, access rooftops, and work in varying weather conditions.
