About the Role:

  • Process and manage work orders and invoices.
  • Schedule maintenance and repair work with technicians and vendors.
  • Coordinate AC preventative maintenance cleanings.
  • Manage inventory and ensure adequate stock levels.
  • Process and reconcile credit card reports.
  • Provide administrative support to the housekeeping and maintenance teams.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience as an administrative assistant, preferably in property management, maintenance, or hospitality.
  • Experience working with US/international clients in real estate/property management.
  • Familiarity with track software and work orders within it.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office suite and property management systems.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
