About the Role

This position is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our rental properties, ensuring all tenant and property information is accurate and up-to-date. The ideal candidate will have experience using AppFolio, Buildium, and QuickBooks to manage tenant accounts, process payments, track expenses, and generate financial reports.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage rental properties using AppFolio and Buildium.
  • Process rent payments, late fees, and security deposits.
  • Address tenant inquiries and maintenance requests.
  • Track income and expenses, generate financial reports, and reconcile accounts using QuickBooks.
  • Coordinate with property owners, vendors, and maintenance teams.
  • Conduct tenant screenings, background checks, and application processing.
  • Assist with property marketing efforts.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in property management or a related field.
  • Proficiency in AppFolio, Buildium, and QuickBooks.
  • Strong understanding of property management best practices and rental laws.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
