Job Summary

Creditable Lending Corporation seeks a skilled Collection Team Lead to oversee the consumer account recovery process.

The primary responsibility of this role is to monitor, motivate, and train the Collections Team to ensure Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met on a monthly basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coach, mentor, and motivate collections team members to achieve optimal performance.
  • Monitor and track key metrics including Response Percentage (RPC), Contact Rate, Positive Transactional Payment (PTP) Conversion Rate, PTP reminders, and daily expected collections to ensure achievement of daily targets.
  • Manage incentives, rewards, and overtime tracking for the Collections Team.
  • Oversee daily/weekly/monthly allocation of accounts to agents, daily collection reports, and shift planning to optimize team efficiency.
  • Analyze collection trends and provide recommendations to the Collections Manager to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Manage Non-Payment Reason Reporting to identify and address underlying issues affecting collections.
