Job Title: Cyber Security Solutions Expert

We are seeking an experienced Cyber Security Solutions Expert to join our team.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with our Sales Team to provide recommendations on optimal solutions for customer cyber security needs.
  • Offer insights and advice to potential and existing customers based on best practices, applying skills and knowledge in the industry to drive optimal outcomes.
  • Lead technical engagements, addressing technical questions, providing consultative advice, and managing key tasks such as Proof-of-Value and Cyber Workshops.
  • Demonstrate our full portfolio of solutions that help keep organizations safe from threats and protect their operations and information.
  • Drive meetings with potential and existing customers to identify problems and provide suitable solutions.
  • Support responses to RFI's & RFP's with relevant bid teams.
  • Engage and support the enablement of key partners and customers on the latest Cyber Security Technologies.
  • Active participation in cyber security events.
  • Keep timely updates of activity reports and ensure timely communication with SE manager.

Qualifications:

  • We are looking for individuals with a degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent industry experience.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant engineering and pre-sales experience is required.
  • Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Have good understanding of typical customer architecture and cyber needs.
  • Exposure to network, cloud, and End Point security is advantageous.
  • Bring a customer-first mindset and experience in working with large to medium enterprise organizations.
  • Ability to create an end-to-end security solution for a customer's environment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills are essential.
  • Strong sense of teamwork is required.
  • Relevant certifications highly preferred, e.g. CCNP / CISSP/ CCSA / CCSE.
