About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our development squad, you will be responsible for scaling our API and pushing the limits of what a ReactJS PWA can do.

Your primary objective will be to develop our React Native application on iOS & Android, tweak our new application native code (Swift & Kotlin), and harden our test suite.

As a senior engineer, you will lead the development of our native applications, design and write efficient, reliable and reusable code using React Native, ReactJS and TypeScript, understand and write Ruby code, and identify bottlenecks, using tools to diagnose and refactor code.

You will work closely with our experienced software engineers, product designers, and product strategists to build the digital backbone of a construction organisation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain high-quality code in React Native, Swift, Kotlin, and Ruby.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement features.
  • Write automated tests to ensure code reliability and stability.
  • Identify performance bottlenecks and optimise code for better performance.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Deep knowledge of React Native, ReactJS, TypeScript, and Ruby.
  • Experience with Swift and Kotlin programming languages.
  • Strong understanding of software engineering principles and best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
