Technical Lead Job

We are looking for a skilled Technical Lead to join our team. As a key member of our digital technology services, you will play a critical role in delivering innovative solutions.

As a Technical Lead, you will be responsible for leading software development using full-stack technologies, reviewing and modernizing existing automation designs with microservice architecture, ensuring support and stability of the codebase, working closely with domain SME teams, educating non-development team members on software development best practices, presenting and updating designs to other developers, and collaborating with scrum teams.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead software application development using full-stack technologies
  2. Review and modernize existing automation designs with microservice architecture
  3. Ensure support and stability of the codebase
  4. Collaborate with domain SME teams
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in multiple languages including 3+ years of Python, 2+ years of C#, 2+ years of SQL, and 2+ years of Javascript, VueJS, Angular, and NodeJS
  • 2+ years of experience driving software architecture engineering best practices with expertise in SOLID or clean coding practices
  • 5+ years of experience developing with design patterns and microservices infrastructure focusing on maintainable and understandable codebases
