Senior Healthcare Recruiter Position

This position involves identifying, attracting, and placing top healthcare talent for prestigious clients in various roles.

The successful candidate will partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements, source and screen qualified professionals, and conduct comprehensive interviews and assessments.

The recruiter will manage the full recruitment lifecycle from initial client consultation through offer negotiation and onboarding, build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders, and utilize recruiting tools to identify passive and active candidates.

  • Partners directly with US-based hiring managers and healthcare leadership to understand staffing needs and requirements.
  • Sources, screens, and presents qualified healthcare professionals for various positions across multiple specialties.
  • Conducts comprehensive candidate interviews and assessments to ensure cultural and technical fit.

To be successful, the ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2+ years of healthcare recruiting experience with direct client interaction, a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field, and a proven track record of successful healthcare placements.

Additional requirements include strong understanding of healthcare industry terminology, excellent English communication skills, and experience working US business hours and collaborating with US-based teams.

A strong background in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting software is also essential, as well as self-motivation and ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Preferred qualifications include experience with healthcare specialties such as nursing, allied health, physicians, and healthcare administration, as well as knowledge of US healthcare system regulations and licensing requirements.

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2+ years of healthcare recruiting experience with direct client interaction.
  • Proven track record of successful healthcare placements across various roles.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare industry terminology and certifications.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience working US business hours and collaborating with US-based teams.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting software.
