Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Amazon professional to manage our client's FBA and Seller Central accounts. As an expert in e-commerce and digital marketing, you will be responsible for creating, optimizing, and maintaining product listings, managing shipments, and resolving customer inquiries.


Your key responsibilities will include owning end-to-end Amazon FBA & Seller Central account management, creating and optimizing product listings, managing shipments from creation to delivery, conducting daily listing checks, responding to customer inquiries, handling refunds and replacements, analyzing negative reviews, monitoring account health and performance metrics, and providing general account health and maintenance support.


Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience managing Amazon FBA & Seller Central accounts.
  • In-depth knowledge of Amazon policies, listings, and performance metrics.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills with advanced functions and data analysis capabilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong sense of accountability and organizational skills.
