  • Drive Business Unit-wide process improvements.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of best practices for the Investment Structure Services team, enhancing operational quality.

Essential Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business Administration; CPA preferred.
  • 3-5 years of accounting or audit experience.
  • Strong understanding of private markets and corporate administration.
  • Ability to develop independent solutions to issues encountered.
  • Effective teamwork and communication skills.
  • High standards in executing and adhering to relevant processes and procedures.
  • Collaboration skills to bring individuals together to generate solutions.
