Marketing Role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive professional to support our website rebuild project and execute ongoing marketing initiatives.

  • Coordinate the execution of a 6-week website rebuild project
  • Draft and schedule content for LinkedIn and Electronic Direct Mail campaigns
  • Support the maintenance and update of website content
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging and timely delivery of materials
  • Manage timelines and ensure deliverables are completed on schedule
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 3–5 years of experience in a marketing role or similar position
  • Strong content coordination skills, with hands-on experience in managing social media and EDMs
  • Experience supporting website-related projects or rebuilds
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and time management skills
  • Positive attitude and ability to work in a team environment

The ideal candidate is comfortable working independently and has the ability to start immediately. The hiring process includes a phone screening, behavioral interview, and final interview.
