  • This role is responsible for identifying, researching, and resolving discrepancies related to unapplied cash.
  • You will review aging regularly to identify customer payments across various payment methods (ACH, wire transfers, credit cards) with a high degree of accuracy to determine if they are duplicate payments, overpayments etc.
  • A key part of this role is communicating with internal & external clients effectively, clearly, and consistent with company policy regarding unallocated payments.
  • Once resolved, either send application instructions to the Cash app team or process refund requests as needed.
  • You will collaborate with the Collections team members or other departments to gather necessary information.
