Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Drafter/BIM Modeler to support architectural and engineering projects. This role requires precise drafting and 3D modeling skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop 2D drawings and 3D BIM models for various disciplines, including architecture, structure, and MEP.
  • Interpret sketches, specifications, and design intent to produce accurate technical documentation.
  • Coordinate with project teams to ensure model accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
  • Update and maintain drawing sets and BIM files throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Support in clash detection, quantity take-offs, and visualization tasks.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Architecture, Engineering, Drafting Technology, or a related field is required.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in drafting or BIM modeling in a professional setting is necessary.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in remote drafting or international projects would be beneficial.
  • Familiarity with rendering tools (e.g., Lumion, Enscape) could be advantageous.
  • Knowledge of project management platforms (e.g., ClickUp, Asana) is desirable.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. They should have strong attention to detail and be able to prioritize tasks effectively.
