Architectural Expert for Revit and 3ds Max

We are seeking an experienced Architect to develop architectural design concepts that meet client requirements and project goals.

  • Create detailed construction documents using Revit, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and details.
  • Utilize 3ds Max to produce realistic 3D models and visualizations for design presentations and client reviews.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of architectural principles, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and project teams. Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure design integrity and project feasibility.
  • Conducting site visits to ensure designs are being implemented according to plans and standards.
  • Staying updated with industry trends, materials, and technology advancements.

The successful candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field, proven experience as an Architect, and proficiency in Revit for creating detailed construction documents and BIM (Building Information Modeling). Additionally, expertise in 3ds Max for producing high-quality 3D models and visualizations is required.

  • A strong understanding of architectural principles, building codes, and construction methods is essential.
  • Creative and innovative design approach with a strong sense of aesthetics.
  • Ability to interpret and translate client requirements into functional and attractive designs.

This is a mid-senior level full-time position requiring strong communication and presentation skills, attention to detail, and accuracy in design documentation.

  • A strong portfolio showcasing design projects is required.
  • Experience with other design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite is preferred.
  • Familiarity with virtual reality (VR) tools for immersive design presentations is also desired.
