Senior Game Development Lead

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Game Development Lead to drive the creation of engaging and immersive game experiences. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for leading the development of high-quality game content, including levels, obstacles, and features.

About the Role
  • Develop and implement innovative game design concepts to create engaging user experiences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop new game content and improve existing projects.
  • Pitch ideas and concepts to stakeholders to secure buy-in and drive project success.
  • Analyze data and insights to inform game development decisions and optimize gameplay.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 3+ years of experience as a Game Designer or similar role on casual, puzzle, or F2P games.
  • Expertise in Unity 3D is required.
  • In-depth understanding of F2P/casual level design principles.
  • Detailed-oriented, organized, and able to work well both independently and collaboratively.
Benefits
  • This is a full-time position with a regular schedule from Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm.
