Job Summary:

  • The Project Engineer will be responsible for coordinating and managing construction projects from inception to completion. This role involves overseeing project schedules, budgets, resources, and communications to ensure that projects fulfill quality standards, deadlines, and management expectations.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Prepares and estimates budget costs for construction by studying plans and specifications.

  • Collaborate with architects, site engineers, and suppliers to gather necessary information for estimates and project requirements.

  • Utilize estimating software and databases to prepare detailed cost estimates for materials, manpower, equipment, and other expenses in construction.

  • Participate in technical meetings and provide ongoing support to the project in charge as needed.

  • Responsible for designing and analyzing structures to ensure they are safe, functional, and compliant with regulations.

  • Monitor project costs throughout the project's lifecycle, identifying cost-saving opportunities and potential risks.

  • Conduct inspections and oversee testing protocols as required.

  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.

  • Signing and sealing structural plans.

Qualifications:

  • The candidate must possess a bachelor's or college degree in engineering (civil) or equivalent.

  • The candidate must be a licensed civil engineer with experience in land development and housing.

  • The candidate must be knowledgeable in Cast-in-Place Concrete

  • Required skill(s): Quantity estimation, MS Office, AutoCAD

  • With a professional attitude, passion, dedication to work, and loyalty to the management.

  • With a valid driving license.
