Responsibilities:

  1. Assist the Account Coordinator in handling daily terminal-related concerns from accounts.
  2. Prepare all necessary supporting documents for billing and ensure timely submission.
  3. Maintain accurate records of key support groups' adherence to escalation procedures.
  4. Provide regular updates and reports to accounts based on set deliverables.
  5. Assist in preparing presentations for key accounts and coordinate with the Operations Department for supply pick-up and delivery.
  6. Implement quality improvement activities to meet Quality Objectives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in executive/administrative functions.
  • Computer literacy and knowledge of Basic Windows Applications.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to work well under pressure and with minimal supervision.
