Job Description

We are seeking a Content Governance Specialist to oversee the ongoing management of our knowledge base. This includes ensuring its overall health, maintaining best practices, and encouraging correct usage.

The ideal candidate will have strong writing skills, experience with content governance, and a passion for breaking down complex processes into easy-to-follow steps.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluating and refining content to ensure accuracy and relevance

  • Developing and implementing content governance policies and procedures

  • Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure seamless content delivery

  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, or related field

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in content writing and editing

  • Proven track record of successfully managing content projects
