  • Optimise the online customer journey to increase conversion through content and personalisation.

    ">

  • Conduct in-depth traffic analysis and research to uncover new opportunities for content growth beyond search.

    ">

  • Collaborate with our broad network of stakeholders, including influencers, industry experts and business partners.

    ">

  • Manage the site during promotional and seasonal campaigns, ensuring content is on-brand and timely.

    ">

  • Continually refine strategies to improve digital experiences and community engagement.

  • 3+ years' experience in a similar role within a digital or content company.

    ">

  • Strong understanding of long customer journeys and community building.

    ">

  • Proven experience across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok and emerging platforms.

  • Expert knowledge of digital and social organic search, Google Ads and display.

    ">

  • Understanding of omni-channel environments (website, CRM, social, advertising).

    ">

  • Strong analytical skills and experience with Google Analytics.

    ">

  • Demonstrated success in driving online traffic that converts into community growth and sales.

    ">

  • Proactive, creative and results-driven with strong attention to detail.

  • Ability to think outside the box and deliver innovative solutions.

  • Confident communicator with experience working across teams and with external stakeholders.
