Social Media Manager

Job Description:

We're seeking a creative and independent thinker with a deep understanding of Instagram and social media trends. You'll be responsible for managing the social presence of five brands, focusing on aesthetics and reel editing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create visually captivating, daily Instagram Stories and reels that align with a sleek, modern brand aesthetic
  • Edit sharp, engaging reels using the right fonts to enhance storytelling and match the brand's voice
  • Have a strong focus on aesthetics—selecting and pairing fonts, aligning text, and using lowercase text to create a clean look
  • Use Canva and CapCut for content creation; proficiency in Premiere Pro and Lightroom is a plus
  • Edit videos and photos with advanced creativity and organization, ensuring high-quality output
  • Write engaging captions that reflect the brand's voice and support visual storytelling
  • Manage community engagement by interacting with similar brands, answering DMs, and responding to comments in line with the brand's tone
  • Use tools like ClickUp or Notion to manage multiple projects efficiently
  • Engage with the audience daily to foster a relatable brand presence
  • Stay current with Instagram algorithms and analytics to maximize content reach
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Excellent copywriting skills
  • Creative and outside-the-box thinking
  • Minimalistic design style
  • Proven experience creating cohesive Instagram feeds and reels with minimal designs
  • At least 1 year of social media management experience
  • Expertise in selecting fonts and text alignment
  • Proficiency in Canva and CapCut; Premiere Pro and Lightroom is a plus
  • Strong video/photo editing skills
  • Familiarity with project management tools
