We are a dynamic organization seeking an experienced Learning and Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing employee development programs that drive business growth.

Job Summary

We offer a competitive salary of Php40,000.00 - Php50,000.00 per month, commensurate with experience. In addition to your base pay, you can also expect to receive various benefits, including company Christmas gifts, participation in company events, regular pay raises, and opportunities for promotion to permanent employee status.

Key Responsibilities

As a Learning and Development Manager at PESO Resources Development Corp, your primary duties will include:

  • Conducting annual training and development needs assessments to identify areas for improvement;
  • Developing comprehensive training and development programs and objectives aligned with the company's strategic goals;
  • Administering budgets and resources to support employee development initiatives;
  • Crafting engaging training materials using various multimedia platforms;
  • Trained and coaching managers, supervisors, and other stakeholders on effective employee development practices;
  • Planning, organizing, and facilitating employee development events and activities;
  • Maintaining organizational communications channels to keep employees informed about training and development opportunities;
  • Evaluating the effectiveness of completed training programs and making recommendations for improvement;
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Psychology, or a related field;
  • At least 3 years of experience designing and implementing employee development programs;
  • Significant expertise in learning and development methods, project management, and budgeting;
  • Proficiency in e-learning platforms and MS Office;
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills;
  • Ability to analyze data, evaluate training options, and design effective programs;
  • Familiarity with multimedia training platforms and methods;
Schedule and Benefits

You will work a standard 8-hour shift, with opportunities for supplemental pay through bonuses and incentives.
