Field Pest Management Specialist

As a Field Biologist, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the efficiency and compliance of pest management services. You will work closely with our team to achieve this goal.

• Ensure compliance with reporting services and termite management programs.
• Conduct technical advisory and site inspections to assess pest infestations.
• Submit accurate and timely reports to stakeholders.
• Undertake periodic inspections and discuss findings with customers to provide them with actionable insights.
• Assist in planning and conducting technical training sessions for field staff.
• Update authorized product lists and coordinate with procurement teams to ensure seamless operations.
• Conduct service audits and monitor technician performance assessments to identify areas for improvement.
• Support quality service programs within the division by implementing best practices and standards.
• Assist branch operations in promoting products and services through effective communication and relationship-building.
• Provide insect identification services to customers and assist them in developing strategies to mitigate pest-related issues.
• Improve knowledge of pest management through ongoing study and experience.
• Identify cases requiring follow-up action and submit recommendations for chemical treatments.
• Conduct bi-annual audits for product compliance to ensure adherence to industry standards.
• Maintain records of high-dependency/key account customers to track their needs and preferences.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of company resources to optimize productivity and efficiency.
• Drive SHE policy compliance and achieve long-term accident reduction targets.
• Address customer complaints and inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Identify sales and collection opportunities to drive revenue growth.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in agriculture or a related field. Key qualifications include:

• College or vocational course graduate with an agriculture degree as a significant advantage.
• Ability to drive a 4-wheel vehicle or motorcycle.
• Professional driver's license with restrictions 1, 2, and 3.
• Fast learner with minimal supervision required.
• Good communication skills and customer service orientation.
• Willingness to work night shifts and adapt to changing circumstances.
