The Role: Inventory and Operations Leader

Overview

This is a leadership position that oversees the strategic management of inventory and service operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving profitability and customer satisfaction through efficient operational processes.

This role is key to our transformation strategy, leveraging AI technology to enhance operational efficiency and make lives easier globally.

Responsibilities
  • To optimize inventory levels and service operations, resulting in improved productivity and reduced costs.
  • To develop and implement growth strategies, identify cost reduction opportunities, and oversee all aspects of parts and service management.
  • To manage budgets, monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and foster a service-first culture within the organization.
  • To oversee the development and execution of growth strategies, identifying and implementing cost reduction opportunities.
  • To maintain accurate inventories, manage work schedules, and assign tasks based on technician strengths.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 4 years' experience in a service or parts manager role, with demonstrated ability to manage a team and drive business growth.
  • Knowledge of trailer repair, maintenance, welding, and electrical systems.
  • Proficient with computers and office/reporting systems, including experience with ATS, Zoom, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Ability to actively engage with customers to assess service quality and needs.
