Job Title: Technical Support Assistant

Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled in a college or university pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • A strong interest in technology and a desire to learn about software and hardware troubleshooting.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal (English).
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and basic networking concepts is a plus.
