Our Graduate Program is an exciting opportunity for talented individuals to join our organization and contribute to shaping a sustainable future. The program provides a unique experience, combining theoretical knowledge with hands-on training in a technical role.
Program OverviewThe program starts with a one-week global induction in Milan, where participants engage in trainings and activities led by the Prysmian Academy in collaboration with a top-ranking business school. This is followed by a one-year job rotation in two different departments: Research & Development and Operations in one of our production sites. After the first year, participants will take a role in the country they were hired in for 12 months, aligned to business needs and their interests. The position will be technical, mainly based in one of our production sites, strongly linked to the core of our business. Then, after completing the second year, participants will start an international assignment for a duration of 3 years in one of our 50+ countries. They will learn new ways of working, acquire technical knowledge, and meet colleagues from diverse backgrounds in a multi-cultural environment.
