A company is looking for a professional with expertise in designing technology solutions that meet business objectives. This key role works closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement IT solutions that are scalable, secure, and efficient.

Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to provide high-level assessments of technology projects.
* Work with product owners to analyze business requirements and user stories.
* Partner with various IT units to create and design solutions, documenting them in technical implementation plans.
* Conduct buy, build, and borrow assessments to recommend project directions.
* Present project budget proposals to budget committees.
* Oversee implementation and ensure adherence to solution designs.

Required Skills and Expertise:
* Core banking systems (e.g., Finacle and TSYS)
* Software development architecture
* Banking security and compliance
* Data management and data analytics
* Emerging technologies (blockchain, artificial intelligence, machine learning)
