About the Role

This E-commerce Fulfillment Coordinator position at Shopee offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced logistics environment. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily hub operations, including parcel processing, inventory management, and rider dispatch.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in the monitoring of hub performance by ensuring high productivity and efficient achievement of Hub KPIs.
  • Create and review Hub reports to track performance metrics.
  • Coordinate with agency coordinators to oversee agency teams and support the Customer Support team with call-outs.
  • Perform other tasks as required to support hub operations.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree Holder with at least 3 years of related experience in Logistics, Warehouse, and Distribution.
  • Experience in payments processing or similar function is an advantage.
