E-commerce Fulfillment Job

Shopee is seeking an experienced E-commerce Fulfillment Manager to lead our logistics operations. As an E-commerce Fulfillment Manager, you will oversee the entire fulfillment process, from receipt of parcels to dispatch to customers.

You will ensure efficient and effective processes are in place to meet customer needs and expectations. This includes creating and reviewing reports, validating data, and implementing process enhancements.

Additionally, you will support the customer support team with callouts and handle customer escalations. A Bachelor's Degree holder with at least 3 years of experience in logistics, warehouse, and distribution is required.
