Job Summary
  • This position requires the lead of the month-end close process, creation of journal entries, accruals, and adjustments while ensuring timely and accurate posting.
  • Analysis of general ledger accounts and provision of insights on significant variances.
  • Assistance in preparing internal financial reports and support for management with variance analysis and commentary on financial trends and results.
Key Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 4+ years of accounting experience, preferably in public accounting and corporate accounting environments.
  • Hands-on experience with month-end close, financial reporting, and account reconciliations.

This role demands strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, as well as effective verbal and written communication skills. The ability to work collaboratively across departments and maintain accuracy in financial reporting and reconciliations is essential.
