Overview:

INTERGLOBAL TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED (RC: 264,349) is wholly an indigenous Limited liability Company. It started full operation in Nigeria in 2001; with the primary objective to catalyze the rapid infrastructural development of the country through the construction of buildings of all types, Sand Dredging, Land reclamation, Shore protection, Piling operations, Canalization Services, etc.

Position Overview:

As a Senior Accountant at Inter Global Technologies Limited, you will play a key role in managing our financial operations and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. Reporting directly to the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of accounting, financial reporting, and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day accounting activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
  • Prepare and review financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accounting standards.
  • Analyze financial data and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or any related field (with a minimum of 2nd Class Upper)
  • Minimum of 10 years of proven work experience preferably in audit or financial reporting role
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in a supervisory role
  • Experience in the use of Accounting Software (e.g. Sage 50, etc.)
  • Must possess professional qualifications such as ICAN, ACCA or ACA
  • Strong analysis and financial modeling skills with advanced use of Microsoft Excel and other analytical tools
