As a seasoned financial expert, you will be responsible for overseeing the accounts receivable process and ensuring timely collections.

Key Responsibilities:
  • You will utilize industry-leading accounting software to efficiently manage accounts receivable and track payment records.
  • Effectively handle incoming payments, reconciling and applying them accurately within the system.
  • Communicate with clients to follow up on overdue invoices and resolve any payment disputes.
  • Prepare and issue comprehensive invoices, credit memos, and account statements.
  • Develop and analyze reports related to accounts receivable and collection efforts.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to improve collection processes and implement effective techniques.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts receivable and collections.
  • Expertise in QuickBooks is required.
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
