Job Summary:

The Invisible Expert Marketplace is seeking a skilled Implementation Operations Specialist to oversee all aspects of the plan installation operations process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational setup of the plan platform
  • Closing coordination with internal teams
  • Bulk plan conversions in coordination with partners and clients
  • Contribution to operations procedures for team efficiency and consistency

Requirements:

  • Strong written/oral communication and organization skills
