About the Job

The Associate Sales Director for Local Market Expansion will play a key role in achieving this vision by expanding our local broker network and promoting our projects through sales and marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies to expand the company's local broker network.
  • Build relationships with local real estate organizations and individuals to promote company projects.
  • Assist brokers with sales briefings, project presentations, and sales transaction processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required; 4 years of experience in sales or business development preferred.
  • 2 years of experience in real estate sales or business development.
  • Ability to influence and manage licensed real estate brokers.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with the local real estate market.
  • Preferably holding a Real Estate Broker's License.
