Job Opportunity: Proposal Manager

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Proposal Manager to lead the development of sales proposals and presentations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the work of a pursuit team to meet all schedules and deadlines
  • Evaluate solicitation requirements, resource needs, and proposal elements to determine proposal schedules
  • Maintain relationships with Sales, SMEs, and stakeholders to generate proposals and presentations, including document preparation, team coordination, writing, editing, compliance, and quality control
  • Develop win strategies, themes, discriminators, key messages, and other pertinent proposal content
  • Manage and communicate proposal development and production schedules

This role requires strong industry knowledge, excellent communication skills, and experience collaborating with remote teams.

Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience leading the proposal response process
  • Experience collaborating with, coordinating, and leading remote teams
  • Excellent communication, research, and time management skills
  • Strong industry knowledge – a deep understanding of the contact center world
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
